Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"Totally random luck that we stopped here on a long cross country trip. Best idea ever. The ice cream is really good. The people are awesome. The furnishings are neat. Highly recommended. The flavors are “basic” but varied. And they are really really good. I wish we had gotten the banana split!"
"We went there for the ice cream and it was great. People seemed to particularly like the soft serve, we saw so many people getting that. We got the coconut and cookie dough and it was really really good. The young girl at the counter was really nice too. It's a nice place to sit outside and enjoy. They have a lot more than just ice cream!"
"Hidden Gem for ice cream!!! It was so delicious. Got a pb sundae with homemade pb crunch ice cream. They also do some pastries, coffee/iced coffee, breakfast sandwiches, sandwiches/wraps and burgers. I definitely will be going back. Forgot to take the pictures of the ice cream, I was to excited to try it!"
"Cute little retro homemade ice cream store with vintage 50s decor. BLT on rye to die for, served with a wedge of cool, crisp pickle. Creamiest ice cream I ever tasted. We had the Coconut Almond in a single sugar cone. Generous scoop with ice cream right down to the last bite of cone. Twenty dollars approximately for the two of us ordering sandwich, coffee and ice cream cone. Friendly staff who know their regulars on a first name basis and had a full shop shortly after we arrived. This place is an absolute gem!! We'll definitely be back."
"Run on over and get yourself the most gooey, cheesy breakfast sandwich on their homemade hard rolls & the best Colombian roast coffee around! & Don’t forget about all their homemade pastries! & if your not an early bird make sure to check out their lunches (soups, hot dogs, burgers, and deli sandwiches with ALL boars head products, & daily specials) as well as their HOMEMADE hard ice creams which are to die for You will not regret it! The atmosphere inside & out is SO welcoming & the owner is the most genuine person I have ever met!"
"Very good food. Be aware that there is only person working who does her best, but if you are in a hurry, this is not the place for you. That said, the food is definitely worth the wait. We had sandwiches and a burger, fries and bottled drinks. The ice cream was excellent."
"Service was quick and quality for only 1 person running the store! Would highly recommend for kids. Lots of ice cream options delicious BLTs and Burgers and Fries."
"Cute ice cream spot Stuffs were friendly Ice cream taste good and not overly sweet just perfect"
